- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 40 year old woman presented with a 5-yhear history of a slow-growing mass in the right breast. A mammogram reveals 2 adjacent, sharply outlined, high-density radiopaque circular lesions and she was advised to undergo a wide local excision with immediate latissimus dorosi flap reconstruction. She was referred to a dermatohispathologists where a diagnosis of a benign solid-cystic hidradenoma with focal apocrine differentiation was made.
