The article discusses the significance of play and group dynamics which facilitates self-awareness and healthier relationships among the youth and children in the U.S. It states that play is an important part of a child's life which facilitates learning and development. It highlights the restorative processes of play which include forming, storming and performing. It mentions that play is lost in adolescence due to peer pressure. According to British novelist G.K. Chesterton, the true object of human life is to play.
