- Abstract
The article presents a medical study to evaluate the frequency and effect of adjuvant radiation therapy among women with stage one endometrial adenocarcinoma. Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy in the United States. The benefit of adjuvant radiation therapy in stage one endometrial adenocarcinoma remains controversial despite clinical trials. This medical study reveals a statistically significant association between improved survival and adjuvant radiation therapy.
