- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 58-year-old man with a history of Buerger's disease for 12 years and presented with painful acral gangrene in fingers. He underwent an initial non-invasive vascular work-up which has demonstrated weak pulses in radial artery and absent ulnar. It states the healing of the patient after receiving phosphodiesterase inhibitor sildenafil in his therapy. The article discusses the definition and pathogenesis of uerger's disease.
