The article presents case study of a patient who was diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD) and was undergone the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment. Topics discussed include observation of improvements in posture-cognitive dual-tasking performance in the patient; improvements observed in depressive symptoms and postural performance; and mentions that initial fatigue and postural instability may be moderators of positive patient outcomes after rTMS.
