- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 15 year old boy who was reported to have a history of recurrent discharge from an opening at the lower anterior part of the neck. Topics discussed include a colourless mucoid discharge being observed from the opening which increased on applying pressure. Questions and answers discussed include a differential diagnosis of sebaceous cyst, cervical abscess and suppurative thyroid lesion and a probable diagnosis of branchial sinus.
