- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of circulating biomarkers to diagnose lung diseases in children. Topics include information on biomarkers being employed to address the issue of acute lung diseases in children which include Epithelial markers, that is used to determine the severity of lung damage to young patients, and Endothelial markers being used as an indicator of organ dysfunction in children with ARDS. Also discussed is the inflammation markers that indicates lung inflammation.
