- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 31-year-old man who was presented with a dramatic angioketatoma improvement with enzyme replacement therapy (ERT). He was diagnosed with Fabry disease (FD) following an ophthalmologic examination for post-traumatic ocular lesion showing bilateral cornea verticilata. The study suggests the need for dermatological lesions to be regularly monitored in FD to clinically evaluate the impact of ERT in vascular lesions of FD.
