The article focuses on the corporate social responsibility codes in the U.S. and their enforcement under domestic private law. Topics discussed include impact of globalization on legal system; how domestic enforcement of transnational private regulation through private law can be enhanced; and evolution of Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and Court of Arbitration (CAS) for governing private internet.
