The article focuses on findings of a study on radionuclide synovectomy/synoviorthesis (RS) in persons with bleeding disorders. It states that a number of patients with bleeding disorders have had Radionuclide synovectomy/synoviorthesis (RS) with various isotope, and mentions guidance of medical and scientific advisory council (MASAC) to the National Hemophilia Foundation. It notes that There were significantly fewer patients who had repeated RS after the MASAC guidelines.
