- Abstract
The article focuses on the case of a man diagnosed with disseminated tubercular osteitis. A CT scan of his spine revealed multiple lytic, osseous lesions, with surrounding sclerosis and central opacity disseminated in his lumbar vertebrae and sacrum. He underwent 2 months of daily chemotherapy with isoniazid, pyrazinamide, rifampin and ethambutol and wore external bracing for the first 8 months of his treatment.
