- Abstract
A case study of a 20‐year‐old woman with 36 weeks of gestation who reported with acute persistent epigastric pain for 2 days. It notes that physical examination demonstrated skin jaundice, sclera icterus and upper abdominal tenderness without rebound tenderness. The article discusses acute epigastric pain during late pregnancy. It is mentioned that reasonable surgical treatment was given in time and satisfactory results were finally obtained.
