- Abstract
The article cites a study which examines the optimization of a genome-walking method for genome content (GC)-rich template DNA. It states that the study has used the technique calle SiteFinding-PCR for the determination of the method which came from biological relevant Actinobacteria. The study found out that the DNA template allows the successful adaptation of the genome-walking method.
