- Abstract
The article describes two cases of patients who complained of frequent episodes of cardioinhibitory neurocardiogenic syncope (CNS) with marked cardioinhibitory responde at head-up tilt test. Both patients underwent mapping and ablation procedure. One of the patients, a 31-year-old woman, experienced loss of consciousness, palpitation, nausea and tonic-clonic movements. A significant vagal reflex was observed in a 45-year-old female patient during a radio frequency ablation procedure.
