- Abstract
This study aimed to better understand the profiles of personal and organizational values and their interrelations in a company that has an attitude and image associated with a sustainable environment that embraces sustainability as a competitive strategy, using environmentally sound practices in their actions and practices disclosed in the company's reports, seeking greater transparency in the relationship with internal and external stakeholders. We adopted the exploratory and descriptive, using a predominantly quantitative approach. Through a survey of company employees, was applied the instrument organized from two scales, Inventory Profiles of Organizational Values and Values Profile Questionnaire. Among results, the profiles of prevailing values and relationships among motivational types of organizational and personal values. In the search for relationships between personal and organizational values, the results reveal significant direct correlations between some types of the two sets of values, which indicates the personal and organizational values that can be worked considering the impacts of both. From these findings, the management of the organization's values can be rethought in the search for values and goals that present a more appropriate organizational and individual interests.
