- Abstract
In the article, the authors comment on the growing use of conversational agents (CA) in healthcare and the issues over the use of CAs like the Woebot application (app) as replacement for human clinicians. Also cited are the non-inclusion of symptom checkers as CAs, the issues over the use of CAs like low diagnostic accuracy, and the need to improve CA safety.
