Collaboration entre les centres de pédiatrie sociale en communauté et les réseaux des services sociaux public et communautaire pour venir en aide aux familles : quelle place et quels enjeux pour les acteurs?

- Abstract
Objectifs: Depuis vingt ans, de nombreux centres de pédiatrie sociale en communauté (CPSC) ont vu le jour au Québec. Considérant la complexité des besoins des enfants suivis, la collaboration avec les organisations des réseaux de services sociaux et de santé public et communautaire est primordiale. Cette étude vise à documenter le niveau d'intégration des CPSC avec ces réseaux ainsi que les enjeux et défis des collaborations.Méthode: Des sondages téléphoniques ont été effectués auprès de 75 répondants issus des réseaux public et communautaire et des représentants des CPSC implantés depuis au moins un an. Deux questionnaires ont permis de documenter la profondeur et la qualité des liens et une question ouverte a permis d'identifier certains enjeux et défis propres aux collaborations.Résultats: Le niveau de collaboration est perçu comme plus élevé par les CPSC avec le réseau des services sociaux et de santé public comparativement à ce qui est perçu par le réseau communautaire. De même, les CPSC aspirent à collaborer davantage avec le réseau public que communautaire. En ce qui concerne la qualité des collaborations, le climat est plus positif et la coordination conjointe plus élevée entre les CPSC et le réseau public. Bien que similaires, les enjeux de collaboration se traduisent différemment en termes de défis selon le réseau des acteurs.Conclusion: Les résultats sont discutés à la lumière des défis qui caractérisent les collaborations entre les CPSC et les réseaux, dont la reconnaissance de leur identité et le financement des organisations.
