- Abstract
The article presents a study which described the biological activities such as endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-suppression of compounds extracted from Stropharia rugosoannulata. The study used ethanol (etOH) and acetone in extracting the compounds and fractionate by employing repeated chromatography and recrystallization. Results show that certain compounds did not exhibit an inhibitory effect on tunicamycin (TM) toxicity, however exhibited inhibitory effects on thapsigargin.
