- Abstract
The article characterizes the function of circadian-associated pseudo-response regulators 5 (PRR5) and its molecular dissection in Arabidopsis thaliana using a set of transgenic lines. Genetic analysis suggests that PRR5-ox seedlings demonstrated a phenotype of hypersensitivity to red light during early photomorphogenesis which is dependent on red light photoreceptors, but independent of PRR1/timing of CAB expression 1.
