- Abstract
The article presents based on schoolchildren from Benghazi and Jardinah in Libya. The aim of the study was to record the prevalence of enamel defects and prevalence of severity of fluorosis and tooth stain in three groups of Libyan children. It was seen that in some areas, because of somewhat unpalatable taste of the desalinated water, alternative sources of drinking water, containing high levels of fluoride are being used. The study tends to understand effects of this change on dental health of children.
