- Abstract
The endoscopic endonasal approach or microscopic transcranial approach for anterior skull base meningiomas - it is all about right indication rather than superiority However, as there were no direct studies comparing different nasal-septal reconstruction techniques and their outcomes in similar meningioma patients, we cannot assess the magnitude of the effect of the Hadad or similar flaps. As eloquently expressed by Cohen et al., the comparison of eTSA and mTCA for anterior skull base meningiomas is subject to an indication bias, due to different indications for both approaches.
