- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on case study of 58-year-old man presented to the rheumatology outpatient clinic for evaluation. Topics include reported (A) multiple brownish rounded kidney stones, recurrent hand and foot arthritis, and severe hand deformities over the last five years; and joint aspiration was performed as well at the third metacarpophalangeal joint of the right hand.
