- Abstract
Knowledge transfer has been extensively studied, both the company and the level cluster; these networks of producers, suppliers, customers, public and private entities through which organizations are constantly seeking external sources of knowledge in order to introduce new technical knowledge and experience, constitute a leading role in building a new society. The textile sector in Paraguay, especially the textile cluster of Ñeembucú is in development stage, Paraguay has sealed quality of its clothing, has positioned itself in the preference of major world markets especially Brazil where they concentrate the highest percentages of sales of clothing, hence the importance of this cluster as it symbolizes economic and social development of the region. This work aims to contribute to a thorough analysis relating to collaborative learning, for it has made the application of the analysis model collaborative learning in industrial clusters. To assist in the analysis of data on collaborative learning and the impact of the different channels of transmission of knowledge, the survey was conducted and then the average scores of respondents in each of the categories of the applied model was calculated. The results show that the textile cluster of Ñeembucú, when compared to the cluster of the Valley of Itajaí, EUROCLUSTEX and Carpi coincide mainly in a marked influence of suppliers of raw materials and equipment, to a lesser proportion in relation to government intervention and collaborative development. From the results, the work proposes Future Research as affect Motivation to Share Knowledge, Application of Biotechnology in cotton cultivation and application of the model used in this thesis for the Analysis Department San Pedro de Paraguay by the demand for cotton.
