Keywords: clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue; malignant melanoma EN clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue malignant melanoma 724 726 3 07/17/23 20230701 NES 230701 CASE PRESENTATION A 13-year-old girl presented with a 1-year history of a nodule on the plantar surface of her right foot. Immunohistochemistry stains were positive for S-100 (Figure 4), and HMB-45 protein and negative for melan-A. On magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the lesion appeared as a 7.3 × 7.1 × 4.6 mm SP 3 sp relatively well-contrasted tumor adjacent to the plantar aspect of the right third toe.
