- Abstract
The article focuses on the initiative of government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to resolve social services problem in Thailand. Proposals are made directly towards the application process of citizenship, healthcare and educational concerns to hill-tribe people in accordance with humanitarian law. Information regarding the 2008 United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) study on the magnitude and effects of statelessness is also discussed.
