- Abstract
The article discusses the impact of strong leadership, aligned conditions and wide scale efforts to the development of educational leadership in the Kansas Educational Leadership Institute (KELI). It elaborates the founding partners of professional leadership organization in the state including superintendents, state associations for school boards and state department of education. It also mentions that the KELI programs offers an increasing opportunities for supporting growth in leadership.
