- Abstract
61 strains of edophytic fungi were isolated from the root and stem of Radix aconiti plant, which were morphologically identified and made screening test to antipathogenic activities by scrip testing. It was shown that 29 strains accounting for 47.54% of the total strains had the inhibitory action of antipathogenic microorganism, and Chaetomium species was the obviously dominant families among these antipathogenic activities strains. 3 strains of edophytic fungi had evident inhibitory activity, belonging to Chaetomium and Ozonium. The result indicated that there were many antipathogenic strains of distributing in Radix aconiti.
