- Abstract
In this work is carried out a historical journey for the origins, successes and failures of the wine history of France. For they are kept it in mind different evolutionary periods, passing from The age of Gold to the failure, the sanitary crises that affect diverse productive regions giving the increase of the import, decrease of the export and the creation of a new method of production of wines as a result. Production again whipped by both world wars, characterizing this period for the situation of permanent uncertainty, and for the incessant search of protection of the quality that reflects the importance of their participation in the world market of wines. Starting from the present analysis queries are elaborated on two essential points to keep in mind in the future: does the current debate concern the crucial points that determine the future of the activity?, the answers that will be given, the appropriate ones will be?.
