- Abstract
Previously, higher ACF levels have been reported in eyes with exfoliation material deposits than in eyes without deposits after cataract surgery [[3]] and in EXG than POAG after trabeculectomy [[4]]. Measurement of anterior chamber flare (ACF) is the established method for estimating postoperative inflammation [[1]]; however, few studies have estimated postoperative inflammation by ACF after LOT. Although the ACF may not be associated directly with the surgical efficacy of LOT (i.e., IOP and medication reduction), high ACF sometimes accompanies a fibrin reaction in the anterior chamber (Supplementary Fig.
