- Abstract
In view of the fact that Erdaohe Iron Mine belongs to the range of " under three mining", there are many units to be protected, such as riverbeds, highways, industrial sites and temporary housing. In order to extract the appreciable iron ore resources from Erdao River " under three mining" safely, economically and efficiently, it was determined to adopt upward-to-horizontal slice stoping-filling method. The rock mechanical parameters were obtained by the investigation and analysis of the hydrogeological conditions within the mining area, combined with the laboratory test of rock mechanics and engineering analogy. In addition, FLAC3 Dfinite difference software was used to simulate the size and distribution rule of stope stress, displacement and plastic zone after each layer excavation and filling of eight mining schemes. Finally, on the basis of numerical simulation results, range analysis was carried out on eight mining schemes. The calculation results showed that the length of stope has the greatest influence on the maximum tensile stress of the roof, the maximum compressive stress of the point column, the maximum drum volume of the bottom plate, the final settlement of the roof and the total volume of the plastic zone;the point size is the second and the stratification height is the smallest. With the comprehensive evaluation, the mining scheme Ⅰ, the scheme Ⅱ and the scheme Ⅳ are obtained as better solutions and on this basis the optimal scheme IX is obtained, that is, the stope structural parameters are selected as stope length 49. 5 m, point column size5 m×5 mand stratification height 5 m.
