- Abstract
The article reports that according to a study, biases in secondary analyses of randomized trials. Topics discussed include long-term effects of exposure to maintenance tocolysis with nifedipine in threatened preterm labor and neurodevelopmental outcome in children, sources of bias such as selection bias, collider stratification, unmeasured confounding and statistical power and researchers should be cognisant of analytic methods to remedy and to overcome these biases.
