- Abstract
The article focuses on the aspects of sleep disorders including their symptoms and treatment. The author mentions that sleep disorders are classified into three categories which are disturbed sleep, lack of sleep and excessive sleep. The author states that obstructuve sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common disorder, which can lead to other diseases. The author states that there are several treatment options for the disease including positive airway pressure therapy and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty.
