- Abstract
The article discusses the progress in the major approaches of Catholic theologians to other religions and belief systems since Vatican II. It explores the Catholic Church teaching and views on salvation and the role of other religion in non-Christians' salvation as well as the religious diversity and pluralism in the world. It also examines the major approaches for interreligious dialogue including inclusivism, Holy Spirit- and Trinitarian-centered approach.
