- Authors
McCurdy, Kevin
- Abstract
The article focuses on a study that aims to compare the relationship of power performance among 3 measures of upper-body power in Division II women softball athletes. It cites that the reliability of a push-up test (PU) for upper-body power was determined in the study. The need to conduct upper-body field tests is emphasized in order to provide strength and conditioning specialists with some practical tests that are appropriate for various athletic populations to monitor progress after training.
