- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the effects of the designer host peptide (HDP) [D]-K3H3L9 on human liposarcoma. The oncolytic activity and mode of action of the designer HDP were analyzed under the study. The human liposarcoma cell line SW-872 and primary human fibrolasts were exposed to the HDP as a control in vitro. In vivo, a SW-872 xenograft mouse model received HDP intratumorally. The study found that HPD inhibited cell metabolism and proliferation in vitro.
