- Abstract
The article describes the case of a five-year old castrated male Labrador retriever dog that was presented with bacterial sepsis resulting in severe systemic illness and was euthanized after unsuccessful treatment of cutaneous angiomatosis. The dog's condition deteriorated despite treatment with intravenous antibiotics and complete blood count confirmed severe thrombocytopenia. Necropsy and histopathology showed thrombosis within the angiomatosis lesion and infarction in multiple tissues.
