- Abstract
The article focuses on COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy among patients with chronic liver disease, highlighting a high vaccination rate, with safety concerns, medical advice, and doubts about efficacy being the main reasons for vaccine hesitancy. Ethnic background, alcoholic liver disease, and hepatitis C were associated with a higher likelihood of being unvaccinated, while cirrhotic patients showed poor awareness of their increased risk of COVID-19 complications and lower vaccination rates.
