- Abstract
The article discusses the negative association between Toll-like receptor (TLR) 1,2 and 6 polymorphisms and 11 concentrations of serum cytokine in former Finnish Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) osteitis patients. Topics include the use of Bio-Plex Pro human interleukin 10 (IL10) immunoassay kit to measure concentrations, the median concentration of interferon γ(IFNγ) in serum was higher in those with the variant TLR6 genotype, and the negative association of TLR1 and TLR6 genotypes.
