- Abstract
Objective To establish a method of the determination of six kinds of heavy metals in small berry by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were dissolved by microwave digestion. Germanium (72Ge), indium (115In) and bismuth (209Bi) were used as internal standards. The contents of the above six elements were determined by ICP-MS. Results The correlation coefficients of the standard curve of each measured element were r≥0.9990. The recoveries were 80.6%‒97.3 %, and RSDs were 1.1%‒5.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the determination of these heavy metals in small berry.
