Discusses the case of a 48-year-old man who was admitted to hospital for evaluation of paroxysmal tachycardia. Electrocardiogram (ECG) during the spontaneous tachycardia; Diagnose of typical atrial flutter; Normal 12-lead ECG during sinns rhythm; Patient's suffering from no serious diseases; Normal left ventricular function; Electrocardiographic characteristics of the atrial complexes during the new tachycardia; Entrainment studies during typical atrial flutterlike tachycadia induced after linear isthmus ablation.
