- Abstract
The article presents information on the impact of HIF-1 α and HIF-2α on proliferation and migration of human pulmonary artery fibroblasts in hypoxia. The expression level of α-SMA reflecting transdifferentiation toward a more contractile phenotype of blood vessels appeared not to be affected by hypoxia.
