- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 53 years old hypertensive male with takotsubo cardiomyopathy in the setting of pheochromocytoma. He had a history of retosternal chest pain, dyspnoea and epigastric discomfort. His blood pressure was recorded at the time of admission, emergency coronary angiography showed normal coronary arteries with normal coronary flow and no spontaneous coronary vasoconstriction.
