- Abstract
Kyrle disease is distinguished by larger (1 cm) papules and an epithelial plug filled with parakeratotic horn material and epidermal perforation. Graph: Figure 3 Hyperkeratosis, focal epidermal atrophy, slight perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate and pigment incontinence in the superficial dermis. Histopathological findings A biopsy specimen demonstrated hyperkeratosis, focal epidermal atrophy, slight perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate and pigment incontinence in the superficial dermis (Figure 3).
