The article is an editorial introduction to the Disability Studies Quarterly journal. It discusses the journal's return to normal operations after a period of suspension and backlog of submissions. The issue features four articles that analyze various aspects of disability studies, including strategies of spatial confinement for neurodivergent individuals, depictions of autism on television, the experiences of adults with intellectual disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the application of crip theory to higher education.
