The article describes two case studies using the top 10 tips for reporting spirometry results. The first case involves a 46-year-old woman who was confused over her diagnosis. The second case involves a 47-year-old man who presented with a cough but he has no family history of asthma. The article also discusses ways to evaluate the clinical history of patients.
