- Abstract
The article discusses court cases which involve group violent disorder, possession of terrorist information and confession evidence. A case shows how a minor individual incident can escalate to a major confrontation involving additional individuals. The terrorist information case shows how possession of seemingly terrorist-related material in a broad nature can be directed narrowly to a court case. The confession evidence case shows how a guilty confession may not be admitted due to a failure to follow the correct law procedure.
