- Abstract
Eine praktische Methode zur radikalischen Kettenreduktion von diversen Arylbromiden und ‐ chloriden wird vorgestellt. In dem thermischen Prozess werden NaH und 1,4 ‐ Dioxan als Reagenzien sowie 1,10 ‐ Phenanthrolin als Initiator eingesetzt. Die Hydrodehalogenierungen können mit typischen radikalischen Cyclisierungsreaktionen kombiniert werden, was ihren radikalischen Charakter belegt. DFT ‐ Berechnungen und experimentelle Studien stützen den vorgeschlagenen Mechanismus über Elektronenkatalyse. Die Kombination macht's! NaH dient in Kombination mit 1,4 ‐ Dioxan als Reagenz für die radikalische Kettenreduktion diverser Arylhalogenide. Die Hydrodehalogenierung wird durch Phenanthrolin (Phen) bei erhöhten Temperaturen initiiert und kann mit typischen radikalischen Cyclisierungen kombiniert werden. Die Reaktionen verlaufen über Elektronenkatalyse.
