- Abstract
The article examines areas in the major histocomparbility complex that presents risks for anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP)-antibody positive rheumatoid arthritis which are independent from DRB1 locus. Principal component analyses (PCA) were conducted on samples with multi-locus genotypes. Information about other methodology and results is presented.
