- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old male presented to our emergency department with persistent headaches. Computed tomography (CT) revealed a hyperdense lesion in the frontal aspect of the septum pellucidum. It notes the characterization of the heterogeneously enhancing lesion on T1-weighted imaging with hemorrhagic components. It also mentions the differential diagnosis of a lesion and treatment provided to the patient.
