- Abstract
The regulation of Kaili red sour soup on the fatty acid absorption protein and tight junction protein of small intestinal epithelium in hyperlipidemic rat model was observed by gavage. The weight and blood lipid of the rats were measured during the intake of Kaili red sour soup, and the expression of fatty acid translocase (FAT/CD36), fatty acid transport protein (FATP4 ), tight junction related protein Occludin and tight junction transmembrane protein ZO-1 of the small intestinal epithelium of rat were measured after 11 weeks of intake. The results showed that in the hyperlipidemic rat model, the intervention of sour soup significantly reduced the body mass and blood lipid of rats (P< 0.05), the expression levels of CD36 and FATP4 significantly decreased (P< 0.05), the expression level of ZO-1 significantly increased (P< 0.05), and its level was closer to that of the rats fed under normal conditions in negative group. The sour soup could inhibit the increase of rat body mass, restore the tight junction structure of the small intestine epithelium destroyed by the high-fat diet, reduce the absorption of long-chain fatty acids in the intestine, and improve the hyperlipidemia condition.
